We currently ship only within India.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 5 business days of purchase. Since several of our pieces are handcrafted, some items may take slightly longer; we'll keep you informed if that's the case.

Delivery time: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7-10 business days depending on your location.

Shipping charges: Free shipping across India.

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking link by email/SMS once your order is dispatched.

Order tracking or delays: If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, write to us at crmdeepali@lilykitchenware.in with your order number, and we'll look into it right away.
