We currently offer free shipping across India on all orders.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 3-4 business days of being placed. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation with tracking details.

Delivery time
Estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location. Delays may occur during festive seasons, natural disruptions, or courier-related issues beyond our control.

Order tracking
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email/SMS so you can follow your order's journey in real time.

Shipping charges
All orders are shipped free of charge, with no minimum order value required.

Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available on all orders at no extra charge. The full amount is paid in cash at the time of delivery. We may contact you to confirm your order before dispatch.

Damaged or missing items
If your order arrives damaged, tampered with, or incomplete, please write to us at crmdeepali@lilykitchenware.in or +91 7819944144 within 7 days of delivery, along with photos/videos of the product and packaging. We'll arrange a refund at no extra cost to you. Please note, we do not offer exchanges.
