By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

2. Products
Our brass and stainless steel products are crafted in Moradabad. Many pieces are made or finished by hand, so slight variations in colour, finish, engraving and weight are natural and are not defects.

Product photos are for reference. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen.

Brass naturally darkens and tarnishes over time. This is a property of the metal and can be restored with cleaning. Care instructions are provided with your order and on our website.

Only products described as kalai (tin-lined) are lined. Products are suitable for induction cooking only where the product description says so.

3. Prices and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We accept online payments through our payment partner Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets). Cash on Delivery is available on all orders.

We may change prices at any time. The price at the time you place your order is the price you pay.

Cash on Delivery is available on all orders at no extra charge, with the full amount paid in cash at the time of delivery.

4. Orders and cancellation by us
Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation from us.

We reserve the right to cancel any order, in full or in part, at our sole discretion and for any reason, including stock unavailability, pricing or listing errors, delivery restrictions, or suspected fraud or misuse. If we cancel an order that has already been paid for, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery orders, we may contact you to confirm your order before dispatch.

5. Offers, discounts and free gifts
Discounts and offers, such as automatic discounts on orders above a certain value, apply only during the period stated and cannot be combined unless stated.

Free gifts are subject to availability and may be replaced with an item of similar value. Free gifts have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. If an order is returned for a refund, the free gift must be returned with it, or its value may be deducted from the refund.

We may change or withdraw any offer at any time.

6. Shipping and delivery
We currently ship within India, and shipping is free on all orders. Orders are processed within 3 to 4 business days, after which they are handed to our courier partners. Delivery times depend on your location and the courier, and may be affected by delays, holidays or events outside our control.

Please make sure your address and phone number are correct. If a parcel is returned to us because the recipient was unavailable, refused delivery or gave an incorrect address, we may deduct shipping costs from any refund, or ask you to pay the shipping cost for a second dispatch.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Cancellations, returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Please read it before placing an order.

8. Use of the website
You agree not to misuse this website. This includes attempting to gain unauthorised access, placing fraudulent orders, or copying our content for commercial use.

All content on this website is owned by Vijay Vallabh Metals and may not be used without our written permission. This includes product designs, photographs, text, logos and the Lily Kitchenware name.

9. Limitation of liability
We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse of our products, by failing to follow care instructions, or by normal wear and tear. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh.
